Service overview
> BeatRelay provides AI-assisted music generation tools for creators, editors, game makers, and marketers.
> This product uses AI technology to generate audio and music content from user prompts.
> BeatRelay is designed to generate original music candidates and does not intentionally reproduce copyrighted material.
Accounts and access
> You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
> We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account is being used for abuse, fraud, security attacks, or violations of these terms.
Credits, plans, and payments
> BeatRelay uses credits for generation. The current generation cost reference is 8 credits per submitted music generation job.
> Credit quantities, plan names, prices, renewal rules, and payment availability may change before live payment launch.
> When paid plans are enabled, payment processing, taxes, receipts, refunds, and chargeback handling may be provided by our merchant-of-record payment partner.
Generated content and ownership
> You own the outputs you generate with BeatRelay, subject to these terms, applicable law, and the terms of any underlying AI model or infrastructure providers.
> You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing, distributing, monetizing, or using it commercially.
> BeatRelay does not guarantee that generated outputs are unique, suitable for a specific use, or free from third-party claims in every jurisdiction.
Acceptable Use
> You agree not to use this service to clone, mimic, or impersonate the voice or style of any real artist or individual without their explicit consent.
> You agree not to generate content that infringes third-party copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights.
> You agree not to create content intended to deceive, defraud, harass, threaten, or harm others.
> BeatRelay does not support NSFW generation, deepfake services, gambling, financial advice, crypto promotions, or third-party content download services.
> You agree not to reproduce or distribute AI-generated content in violation of applicable laws, platform rules, or third-party rights.
> We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

> Refund eligibility may depend on payment status, usage, fraud review, chargeback status, applicable law, and merchant-of-record policies.
Changes to the service
> We may update features, credit costs, plans, policies, and provider integrations as BeatRelay evolves.
